Neli was born on May 27th, 1940.  Neli's father was Pedro Alfonso Boesing and her mother was Balbina Kaspary.  Her paternal grandparents were Gabriel Boesing and Josephina Wievekhen.  She had five brothers and two sisters, named Arlindo, Hermeto, José, Otto, Nicolau, Ivete and Melita.  She was the third oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 63 on October 31st, 2003.
